Need an event space?
Looking for a space that holds large groups, has parking, serves drinks, and lets outside food in, all with a unique and refreshing ambiance? Or do you run private clinics, like bike maintenance, ski waxing, or ultralight backpacking, and need a place to do it? Gearhouse has the space to rent! As a community, we love to host our outdoorsy friends, individual member events, mission-driven non-profits, and impact-focused groups! With a few weeks' notice, we can support your event any night of the week.
About our spaces
Gearhouse Garage: Our warehouse-style location in SLU can house up to 50 people in our community space. A space decorated to embody everyone’s dream gear closet, our area will keep people curious about the outdoors and engaged in this unique speakeasy-like space. With our fully stocked bar containing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, snacks for sale, comfortable seating, and a wall projector, we have everything you need to make your event a success!
Past events we have hosted include AIARE 1 courses, bike maintenance, birthday parties, and even murder-mystery parties!
Gearhouse + Basecamp: Our beautiful, well-lit location in Capitol Hill is ready for your ideas. We can host up to 100 with an espresso bar and draught beer + wine by the bottle.

Send us a message at ask@joingearhouse.com for additional event details and pricing. Our minimums start at a spend of $300 for reserved tables to $600 for private events, depending on the day and the space requested.
