About the event
Interested in scrambling and out looking for folks to scramble with or routes to explore? Join our monthly scramble club meetups and release your inner mountain goat!
What is Scrambling?
Scrambling is hiking taken to the next level. It refers to a method of off-trail travel, usually over steep or rocky terrain, that falls somewhere between hiking and technical climbing.
Scrambling typically involves using your hands and feet to navigate challenging terrain, such as steep gullies, rocky ridges, or boulder fields, but does not require the use of ropes or other specialized climbing equipment. It can be a fun and exhilarating way to explore the outdoors and challenge yourself physically and mentally.
What is Scramble Club?
Scramble Club brings together intrepid hikers and aspiring mountaineers to level-up their outdoor ascents.
Scramblers meet once a month to plan a local scramble route to undertake together, plus share tips and ideas for scrambling and mountaineering progressions.
We look forward to seeing you there!
