2.5-Day Custom Crevasse Rescue and Glacier Travel Course $350.00+fees per person (individual member price) - 5 participant minimum (max 6) Location

Koma Kulshan (Mount Baker) Dates

August 18-20, 2023   (Mandatory Gear Check on evening of 8/18)

Program Prerequisites

✓ Familiar with basic climbing knots (Rewoven Fig. 8, Fig. 8 on a bight, Overhand, Clove Hitch, etc.)

✓ Familiar with the use of Crampons and Ice Axes (Walking in Balance, Self Belay, and Self-Arrest) ✓ Previous overnight snow camping in tents and basic backcountry skills ✓ Capable of moderate to strenuous trekking and climbing at elevation, carrying a heavy pack (35-to-40 lbs).
