About the event
Want to get more turns in, and skip the crowded weekends?
Join other Gearhouse members every week for night skiing at Summit at Snoqualmie Resort.
(If you'd like to join the Weekly Night Skiing events, sign-up to be a member from only $30/mth)
Make the most of your weekday and head up to the pass to take some turns under the lights at Summit Central. Grab a warm drink or a snack for the ride up and shred until it's time to come home.
All levels welcome! (But no instruction). Be sure to take responsibility for yourself on the slopes! :)
Now, let's go shred!
HOW IT WORKS
- Gear - bring your own gear or rent from GH
- RSVP - we'll connect you in slack with the other members so you won't lose each other
- Transport - snag a seat in a carpool with another member OR purchase a ticket on the shuttle
WHAT TO KNOW
Be On Time
Carpools and shuttles will leave without you! It's an early day off work, so give yourself time to get to Gearhouse - especially if you need to grab rented gear, a drink or a snack.
Carpooling
A space in a carpool is not guaranteed. Show your apprecation to those who offer to drive. Designate a meeting spot and time before getting out of the car. When your driver is ready to leave, you are also ready to leave.
If you don't make a carpool, you can still go! Jump on the shuttle...
Shuttle
To The Mountain Shuttle will pick-up at 5pm from Gearhouse. Pre-purchase your ticket and use the members discount code. Be on time for pick-up at both ends of your journey.
Gear
Bring your own board or rent from GH. (All-Access here and Community here w/ discount code)
If you rent from GH please come in prior to the day to check that your sizing is correct (do not do this on the night of skiing)
Reminder that on return, Gearhouse will not be open so you'll need to return your gear the following day
Instruction & Group Expectations
No one is responsible for you. Please don't ask other members to teach or instruct you in skiing or snowboarding. We reccomend taking ski lessons with professionals and being comfortable taking runs on your own. Share your mobile number with anyone you are carpooling with or that you have come with and update them if you lose each other on the slopes.
