Intro to Skate Cross-Country Skiing

Skate skiing is the next level for those that have tried Classic XC Skiing and gotten the hang of it! (Or for anyone that has skied/skated/rollerbladed a lot).

Come try the flowing nature of skate skiing and cover some distance! It's tricky to learn but once you get the hang of it, you'll never go back to classic.

Details:

• Meet at Gearhouse at 8am to get outfitted with gear
• The specific trail is decided on the day based on conditions.
• Wear multiple lightweight layers of clothing for warmth and versatility (as if you were going hiking) and bring water, a small backpack, and snacks.
• Return times can vary

No-show/cancellation policy

If you cannot attend an event, please cancel within 48 hours of the start time. There will be no refunds within this time, and any missed events will result in a $20 no-show/late cancellation fee.
