Don't die in an avalanche like this loser kid. Instead, join us for an avalanche safety talk led by an expert, learn the warning signs of an avalanche, what to carry in your car to make navigating snowy roads safer, and winter additions to the 10 Essentials. You’ll have the chance to practice using some of the best avalanche safety equipment on the market, and to make a winter safety plan for your adventures.
Handouts and heavy snacks will be provided. Take advantage of our trip concierge to answer any questions you might have, scope out the open permits slots that have been posted by our members, and make a plan to make next month more fun.
Event is included for free if going on the Guided Snowshoeing Excursion on the 19th!
